$18.76/hr + potential overtime Job Description Hiring Assemblers to build components for marine A/C and refrigeration units in an air-conditioned manufacturing facility. Responsibilities Perform mechanical and electrical assembly Use hand, power, and pneumatic tools Complete wiring, crimping, and component assembly Follow schematics, blueprints, and work instructions Cross-train in brazing, soldering, and refrigeration assembly Qualifications Assembly, manufacturing, electronics, wiring, or mechanical experience preferred Comfortable using hand and power tools Brazing/soldering experience is a plus, not required Mechanically inclined entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Able to stand throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
