09/08/2026 Job Description Job Description Mechanical Assembler (Multiple Positions Available) Immediately Hiring Job description Altelix designs and manufactures weatherproof electrical enclosures and accessories . We are currently looking for experienced Electrical Assembler to join our team in Boca Raton. We operate a clean air-conditioned Production facility. Training will be provided.

Duties include:

Follow basic drawings, bill of materials and other written instructions to accurately build subassemblies and install onto enclosures with hand tools and light power tools such as electric screwdrivers. Simple wiring and mounting of electrical parts. Inspection, labeling and packaging of finished products. Simple functional testing of assemblies. Drill and tap holes. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently Applicants must possess the following qualifications to be considered for the position: Working in a factory. Please do not apply if you do not have factory experience. High School diploma/GED. Minimum of two years experience working in a manufacturing environment. Proficient with hand tools and performing basic mechanical assembly. Ability to work at a workbench and be on and off your feet for most of the workday and perform repetitive tasks. Organized and neat with great attention to detail and quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic electrical soldering skills are a major plus but not required for all assembler positions. Must be able to work Overtime as needed. We offer a drug free / non-smoking work environment.
