is a plus) Circuit board reworking. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in soldering and electronics assembly is highly desirable. Proficient in hand soldering techniques and the use of soldering irons, solder wire, and flux. Familiarity with reading and interpreting assembly diagrams, work instructions, and blueprints. Knowledge of various soldering methods, including through-hole and surface mount technology (SMT) soldering. Understanding of electronic components, their polarities, and identification markings. Attention to detail and ability to perform precise soldering work with minimal errors. Basic understanding of quality control principles and ability to perform visual inspections. Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues. Adherence to safety guidelines and the ability to follow procedures accurately. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
