PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading innovator in the HVAC manufacturing industry to hire detail-oriented Assembly Associates who want to play a hands-on role in building products that keep homes and businessesfortable year-round. What You'll Do As an Assembly Associate, you'll support the production of essentialponents used in HVAC systems. Your work directly contributes to quality, reliability, and performance.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Assembling ed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and relatedponents Performing simple, repetitive assembly operations on medium to large parts (no machinery required) Handling and assembling metal and plasticponents tied to PCB builds Learning multiple assembly processes and rotating across tasks Supporting module testing and assisting in final production procedures Maintaining attention to detail to ensure product quality and accuracy

What You Bring Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks with consistency Comfortable sitting for extended periods whilepleting assembly work Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (intermittently throughout the shift) Strong attention to detail, especially when working with smallponents Willingness to keep fingernails trimmed for precision and safetypliance

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience Familiarity with PCB assembly or electronics production Experience working in a fast-paced production environment Work Environment & Safety Casual work environment (clean, appropriate jeans allowed) Open-toe shoes are not permitted on the production floor Tasks may be repetitive, with rotation to reduce strain Lifting is moderate and intermittent (estimated 3-4 boxes per hour for up to 4 hours) Business casual attire required for interviews Ready to Get Started? Pay Details:

$17.00 per hour
