Hours:
6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday This is a hands-on role where your electrical skills actually matter. You'll build and wire panels from the ground up, work with real industrial components, and take ownership of layout, assembly, and testing. If you like problem-solving, working independently, and seeing your craftsmanship come to life, this is a strong opportunity to grow your technical abilities and make an impact. Electrical Assembler Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform electrical enclosure layout Assemble electrical enclosures Assemble element bundles Gather, organize, and stage components by project Wire and terminate electrical components Conduct quality control testing on completed assemblies Collaborate with engineering and production teams as needed Other duties as assigned
Electrical Assembler Requirements:
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams Understanding of electrical theory, industrial wiring, and three-phase power Knowledge of industrial components (contactors, fuses, motors, disconnects, ground faults, relays, PLCs, etc.) Experience with wire layout and termination Understanding of relay logic Ability to use a voltmeter/ohmmeter Ability to read and troubleshoot bills of materials Knowledge of NEC Code and
UL508/834
(preferred) Ability to maintain consistent work pace Strong problem-solving skills Ability to take direction from engineering Ability to pass an electrical aptitude test Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others May be required to use electrical testing equipment, hand tools, and fabrication tools Work closely with engineering and production departments Must follow all safety procedures and quality standards
