Electromechanical Assembler Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Electromechanical Assembler to support the build and integration of industrial automation and robotic systems. In this role, you will work hands-on with electrical and mechanical components, using a variety of tools and equipment to assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair robotic systems. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a clean, high-tech manufacturing environment and takes pride in precision and quality. Key Responsibilities Assemble electrical and mechanical components used in industrial automation and robotic systems Perform electrical wiring, control panel assembly, and mechanical assembly Test completed assemblies to ensure proper functionality and quality standards Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on robotic systems Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and effectively Collaborate closely with a small team to meet production and project deadlines Required Skills & Experience Electrical wiring and electrical troubleshooting experience Control panel assembly experience Mechanical assembly skills Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints Familiarity with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of experience in electrical troubleshooting, wiring, maintenance, control panels, or PLCs Completion of a 2-year technical or trade school program (or equivalent hands-on experience) Experience working with industrial automation or robotic systems is a plus Why Join This Team? Work Schedule & Environment Monday-Thursday:

6:00 AM

• 4:30 PM Optional Friday overtime: 6:00 AM
• 3:00 PM Located in Council Bluffs, IA Work alongside a team of experienced Electrical Assembly Technicians in a modern manufacturing setting Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Council Bluffs, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00
• $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
