1st & 2nd Shift Available Kelly® is seeking an experienced Electrical Assembly Operator to join our client's growing manufacturing team in West Branch, IA. In this hands-on role, you'll assemble and install electrical components used in wind turbine systems, route and secure wiring, perform electrical testing, and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards. What You'll Do Assemble and wire electrical components and systems within wind turbine equipment. Install and route cables, connectors, wiring, and control systems. Read and follow electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions. Test and inspect electrical connections to ensure proper functionality. Identify and troubleshoot assembly or electrical issues. Follow all safety and quality procedures while maintaining a clean, organized work area. Work with engineering and quality teams to identify issues and improve production processes. What You'll Need High school diploma or GED. 3+ years of experience in electrical assembly or related manufacturing. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work safely at heights. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Electrical or crane certifications are a plus.
