Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Job Description PROMAN Staffing is hiring Assembly / Manufacturing Associates to support a manufacturing facility in Downers Grove. This company specializes in waterproofing electronics and microchips. Associates will assist with assembling small components and applying rubber molding pieces. This is light assembly work in a clean, organized environment with potential for long‑term opportunities. Responsibilities Assist with assembly of electronic products containing microchips Attach rubber molding components to electronics Perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing Follow all safety, quality, and work instructions Maintain a clean and organized work area Work efficiently within a team environment (Low‑pressure molding experience is a plus but not required.) Requirements Ability to read and understand English (Spanish‑speaking candidates are encouraged to apply) Must pass a 7‑year national background check Must pass a 5‑panel drug test Reliable transportation required Ability to lift light to heavier items as needed Dress Code & Safety No shorts or sleeveless shirts Closed‑toed shoes required PPE provided by company (safety glasses, gloves, vests, etc.) Breaks Two paid 15‑minute breaks One unpaid 30‑minute lunch Work Environment Clean, friendly, team‑oriented facility Company celebrations and team activities
