This is a 1st Shift position, with a schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (Mon - Fri). This is a non-exempt (hourly) position with a rate of pay determined by experience
Responsibilities:
Mounting through-hole components (e.g., resistors, capacitors, connectors) or surface-mount devices (SMDs) onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) using appropriate soldering methods Replacing or reworking defective components, correcting solder bridges, or fixing broken connections using appropriate soldering methods Checking solder joints for defects such as cold joints, solder bridges, or lifted pads
Requirements:
Demonstrated Soldering of Electronics experience Reading blueprints, schematics, or bill of material to ensure correct placement and soldering of components Working with quality control inspectors, production supervisors, and other team members to maintain assembly accuracy and consistency Knowledge of IPC workmanship standards is beneficial Ability to read and understand work instructions written and verbally communicated in English Computer literate Accelerated Assemblies offers a competitive compensation program, depending on experience, as well as, as robust benefits package to its employees.
