Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Electrical Assembler / Control Panel Builder to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, testing, and installing industrial control panels and systems. Your expertise in electrical systems and attention to detail will ensure the quality and reliability of our products. Responsibilities Assemble industrial control panels, systems, and components to meet project specifications. Accurately pull parts from inventory using machine/panel Bills Of Materials (BOMs). Wire and troubleshoot both new and existing machines to ensure proper functionality. Provide on-site troubleshooting and repair of equipment to minimize downtime. Commission new machines, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 1 year of experience in electrical assembly or a related field. Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints. Familiarity with industry standards and codes, including NEMA, NEC, NFPA, UL, and IEC. Ability to route and bundle wires and cables according to established standards. Experience working with voltage ranges up to 600 Volts. Preferred Skills Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Basic understanding of motor control principles and AC drive programming. Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, wiring, and industrial automation equipment. Experience troubleshooting CNC machines. Skilled in using measuring, diagnostic, and hand tools.
