Electrical & Mechanical Assembly Technician Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Electrical & Mechanical Assembly Technician to support a variety of engineered projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in electrical wiring, mechanical assembly, and blueprint reading who enjoys working on unique projects where daily tasks and priorities vary. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently while producing high-quality work in accordance with engineering specifications. Essential Responsibilities Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and assembly drawings. Perform electrical wiring, cable routing, and component installation. Assemble mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. Install electrical panels, wiring harnesses, switches, connectors, and related components. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications. Troubleshoot and correct assembly or wiring issues as needed. Perform mechanical adjustments and modifications during the assembly process. Maintain organized workstations and ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained. Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards. Work independently on multiple projects with changing priorities and deadlines. Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure projects are completed on time. Complete assembly documentation and report project progress to supervisors. Assist with additional manufacturing and assembly projects as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Technical training in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Assembly, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience with electrical wiring and mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and mechanical drawings . Experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a project-based environment.
