This is an entry-level role, but candidates must have prior experience in manufacturing or assembly, particularly in small part or electronic assembly. Responsibilities Perform detailed checks of the final product using visual aids. Conduct testing of assembled products and operate test fixtures. machine for surface mount assembly. Inspect products using automated optical inspection techniques. Essential Skills Experience with hand tools and power tools. Ability to read blueprints and schematics. Prior assembly line experience, preferably 6+ months. Capability to lift up to 35 lbs consistently. Standing for full shifts, with some departments offering seated roles. Additional Skills & Qualifications Electronic skills and experience are preferred. Ability to use a tape measure and crimping tools. Soldering and electronic assembly skills are advantageous. Why Work Here? The shift runs Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm, and Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with every-other-Friday off. The facility supports a collaborative atmosphere where candidates can be coached and cross-trained in different areas. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Olathe, KS.
