Responsibilities Work in the Final Assembly Department, following visual aids to perform detailed checks on the final product. Engage in thru-hole assembly, building components on circuit boards. Participate in surface mount technology assembly using
JUKI SMT
machines. Perform automated optical inspection, including seated product inspection. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and read blueprints to complete assembly tasks. Lift up to 35 lbs consistently and stand for the full shift. Essential Skills 6+ months of assembly line experience. Experience in manufacturing or assembly, particularly with small parts or electronic assembling. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and read blueprints. Capability to lift up to 35 lbs consistently. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with electronic skill sets, soldering, and schematic reading is preferred. Work Environment This role is based in a clean, climate-controlled electronic manufacturing facility. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm, and Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with every other Friday off. The facility emphasizes safety and comfort, with opportunities for cross-training in various assembly departments. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Olathe, KS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
