Mechanical Assembler Allied Onesource•3.7 Olathe, KS Job Details $18 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Mechanical blueprint interpretation Electrical schematic reading and interpretation High school diploma or GED Mechanical drawings Manufacturing Full Job Description Mechanical Assembler We're hiring Assemblers to build electro-mechanical generator equipment (diesel and natural gas) in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll follow work instructions, blueprints/schematics, and work orders to assemble products to spec while meeting safety, quality, and production standards. Mechanical Assembler What You'll Do Assemble electro-mechanical generator systems per drawings, schematics, SOPs, and work orders Build/assemble electrical control panels, breaker panels, and transformers Install wiring, harnesses, connectors, circuit boards, power supplies, labels, and hardware into chassis Route/bundle/terminate wiring; crimp pins, perform connector termination, and inspect finished work (rework as needed) Use hand tools and power/air tools; operate overhead cranes to move products/equipment Measure/verify tolerances and clearances using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and torque tools Solder components and fasten parts to assemblies/subassemblies Perform basic troubleshooting/repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment (may include PLC-related troubleshooting) Pull parts inventory, drill/tap/ream holes, inspect parts, correct defects, and complete required paperwork Maintain housekeeping/line clearance and support continuous improvement/lean practices What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED 1+ year experience in manufacturing/mechanical assembly Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work orders, and production schedules Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work overtime as needed Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Physical / Work Environment Regular standing, bending, crouching, and working around equipment while wearing PPE•steel toed shoes Regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs. Warehouse environment (non-air-conditioned/heated) with possible outdoor exposure; dust, noise, fumes, and temperature/humidity changes

6am•2:30pm Monday•Friday Must be open to working overtime until 4:30 and some
