1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:00

PM Pay:

$20-$28/hour, depending on experience About the Position We are seeking an experienced Cable Assembler to join a high-tech manufacturing environment. This position involves precision assembly, soldering, inspection, and testing of RF, coaxial, cable harness, and wire assemblies. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on assembly skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working from engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications. Responsibilities Assemble RF cables, coaxial cables, harnesses, and wire assemblies. Strip, terminate, crimp, tin, solder, and assemble various cable connectors. Perform precision soldering and assembly using hand tools, crimpers, soldering equipment, and measurement instruments. Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions. Route, bundle, and heat-shrink cable assemblies according to specifications. Perform visual and quality inspections using microscopes, continuity testers, calipers, and other inspection equipment. Follow established manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work independently while meeting production and quality expectations. Qualifications Previous experience in cable, wire harness, or precision electronic assembly. Experience with RF, coaxial, microwave, aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing is strongly preferred. Experience with high-reliability soldering and

requirements. Familiarity with

standards or certification/training is a plus. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, schematics, and detailed work instructions. Experience using soldering irons, crimp tools, manual assembly tools, and precision measurement equipment. Comfortable performing detailed work under a microscope. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a structured manufacturing environment and meet production deadlines. Preferred Experience RF cable or microwave assembly. Coaxial cable types such as RG-178, RG-316, semi-rigid, and low-loss cables. RF connectors including SMA, SMB, N-type, and custom connectors. RF test equipment such as VNAs, TDRs, or spectrum analyzers. Manufacturing environments operating under ISO 9001, AS9100, MIL-spec, or similar quality standards. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to stand and sit for extended periods, as well as bend, stoop, reach overhead, and perform repetitive hand movements. The position may require lifting up to 40 pounds , with or without reasonable accommodation.
