YOUR DAY TO DAY

We are seeking a motivated, high-energy individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Electronics Assembler. In this fast-paced role, you will gain hands-on experience in modern electronics assembly, material preparation, and circuit board processing. This is and excellent opportunity to learn foundational manufacturing techniques and build a career in electronics production. Key responsibilities include receive, inventory, organize, and stage raw materials and components for the assembly line. Cross train in the application of conformal coating on electronic circuit boards. Safely use power tools (e.g. electric drills), hoists, and pallet jacks. Safely handle, maneuver, and transport 55-gallong drums of silicone oil following standard safety protocols. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace by following shop safety guidelines..

YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Receive, inventory, organize, and stage raw materials and components Use power tools

Perform other duties as needed and assigned

YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and willingness to learn new technical skills.

Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand/power tools.

Physical ability to lift, push, and transport heavy materials including drum handling equipment and pallet jacks) with proper tools.

Reliable attendance and strong team-player mindset.

This role requires access to export-controlled information, subject to the ITAR and EAR, for which the company will not pursue an export license/license exception. Must be a US person (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals) to be eligible for this role.

Salary Range:

$17.50 - $23.00 / hour
