Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Soldering Technician, where your expertise in electronics assembly and precision soldering will play a vital role in creating high-quality electro-mechanical components. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with intricate circuitry, surface mount technology, and electrical schematics, contributing directly to innovative product development. Responsibilities Perform soldering of PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assemblies using hand tools, soldering irons, and surface mount technology techniques. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly and wiring of components. Assemble electrical panels and electro-mechanical components following detailed blueprint specifications. Use precision measuring tools such as ohmmeters and power tools to verify electrical connections and component integrity. Conduct troubleshooting of electrical assemblies and identify issues using engineering troubleshooting methods. Follow IPC 610 standards for electronic assembly quality and ensure compliance with industry best practices. Assist in the assembly of mechanical components and perform machining tasks as needed for product integration. Qualifications Proven experience in electronics assembly, soldering, and electrical wiring within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of PCB design, surface mount technology, and electrical schematic reading and interpretation. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other testing equipment essential for quality assurance. Knowledge of electrical blueprint reading, schematics, and blueprints related to electro-mechanical components. Familiarity with IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies is highly desirable but not required. Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining high standards of quality. $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
