Schedule:
Monday - Friday Position Overview Ardent Staffing Solutions is currently seeking skilled, reliable Electro-Mechanical Assemblers for an immediate temp-to-hire opportunity with an innovative, growing manufacturing client in Littleton, MA. In this role, you will build complex mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and electrical components according to technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering schematics.   • Assemble machinery, fabricated metal housings, electrical subassemblies, and precision components in accordance with engineering drawings, schematics, and standard operating procedures.
  • Accurately read and interpret mechanical blueprints, electrical wiring diagrams, assembly specifications, and bills of materials (BOMs).
  • Operate a wide range of hand tools, torque drivers, crimpers, wire strippers, and benchtop equipment with care and precision.
  • Perform point-to-point wiring, component mounting, harness routing, and mechanical fastening with an emphasis on craftsmanship and quality.
  • Conduct regular in-process visual and mechanical inspections to ensure all assemblies adhere to strict quality and tolerance standards.
  • Troubleshoot minor mechanical or electrical assembly discrepancies, reporting any defects, drawing revisions, or non-conformances to production leadership.
  • Complete and maintain clear production logs, router sign-offs, and inspection records using basic computer systems.
  • Monitor inventory of required hardware, fasteners, and parts, alerting supervisors when replenishment is needed.
  • Follow established safety guidelines, ESD precautions, and 5S workplace organization standards to maintain a safe, clean manufacturing environment.
  • Collaborate closely with assembly teammates and engineering staff to meet daily production deadlines and output targets. Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; vocational, technical training, or trade certifications are a plus.
    Experience:
    Prior experience in electro-mechanical assembly, electrical panel wiring, mechanical fabrication, or precision manufacturing strongly preferred.
      Technical Skills:
      Proven ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, engineering schematics, and detailed work instructions.
        Tool Handling:
        Comfortable working safely with hand tools, power tools, precision torque drivers, and basic measurement instruments.
          Computer Literacy:
          Basic proficiency with computer-based systems or Microsoft Office Suite for logging build records and documentation.
            Core Strengths:
            Excellent manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and a dependable team-player mindset. Physical Demands
            • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move around the production floor for extended periods (approximately 80% of the shift).
            • Hand dexterity to handle small hardware, wire routing, and precision hand tools daily.
            • Ability to lift and carry parts and assemblies up to 50 lbs as required. What We Offer
