Electronics Assembly and Test Technician 4-day work week, Monday - Thursday 6:30am-4:30pm
Role:
Inspection, assembly, and test of small electronic devices (silicon chip products). Record data. Monitor production work orders. Use internal database system (input, record, track, etc.)
Details:
ability to work with a basic microscope, able to use tweezers, attention to detail and have a steady hand when handling product. Individual that is familiar with working in the manufacturing environment is ideal. Position entails some soldering, using cleaning solvents such as Isopropyl Alcohol and Acetone. Operating various types of assembly and electronic test equipment such as oscilloscope, multimeter, and capacitance meter. Work efficiently under limited supervision on assigned tasks and communicate any discrepancies. Prepare product for shipment. Understand base work order and direction. Basic understanding of ESD environment. Troubleshoot mechanical manufacturing equipment if necessary.
