Job Description

Over Aerospace company highly skilled Antenna Electronic Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role involves assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electronic components and systems for antenna applications, ensuring precision and quality in every product. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electronics assembly, mechanical assembly, and electrical schematic interpretation. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative communication solutions within a dynamic, technology-driven environment. All roles are paid positions, including internships. Duties Assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) using surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole techniques, adhering to detailed blueprint specifications. Interpret electrical schematics and blueprints accurately to guide assembly processes and ensure compliance with engineering standards. Utilize hand tools, power tools, calipers, and ohmmeters to perform precise mechanical and electrical assembly tasks. Build electrical panels and electro-mechanical components following detailed wiring diagrams and schematics. Conduct soldering operations in accordance with IPC 610 standards to ensure reliable electrical connections. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues during assembly, employing engineering troubleshooting techniques. Verify component placement and wiring accuracy through inspection and testing procedures. Maintain documentation of assembly processes, test results, and discrepancies for quality assurance purposes. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve assembly procedures and troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical components. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace to ensure a safe working environment. Skills Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings related to antenna systems. Experience with PCB manufacturing processes, surface mount technology (SMT), and electrical wiring. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and other measurement devices. Knowledge of electrical panel building, soldering techniques per IPC 610 standards, and electro-mechanical component integration. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and their application within manufacturing environments. Mechanical knowledge related to machining processes and mechanical assembly techniques. Ability to interpret engineering schematics accurately and follow complex blueprint specifications. Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical and mechanical issues during assembly. Understanding of industry standards such as IPC 610 for electronic assemblies. Experience in manufacturing environments involving electrical experience, schematic reading, and assembly best practices.
