Full Job Description Cable Assembler Location:
Baltimore County. MD We are currently seeking Electronic Cable Assemblers to join our production team. These are full-time, first-shift positions . Key Responsibilities Read and understand English to follow assembly drawings and written instructions Use small hand tools, including cutters, wire strippers, hand crimpers, and soldering irons Label assemblies according to drawing specifications Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing Produce electronic products in a timely manner according to job specifications Cut cable and wire accurately for job kits Ensure all work meets company quality standards Punctual and reliable attendance

Key Qualifications Demonstrable hand-soldering skills are
REQUIRED
Candidates will be asked to complete a hands-on soldering skills test as part of the interview process Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment , preferably involving electronic or cable assembly Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools High school diploma or GED Authorized to work in the United States Must be able to: See small details and manipulate small components Read a ruler accurately Distinguish colors Convert decimals to fractions and vice versa Good written and verbal communication skills Must be able to speak, read, and write English Maintain a positive, can-do attitude Please note: This position requires hands-on soldering experience. Applicants should be prepared to demonstrate their soldering ability during the interview process.
