• Electronics Technician

• POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set-up and operate equipment that processes, inspects, and tests optoelectronic wafers and semiconductor devices
• Run various types of equipment such as die bonders, wire bonders, plasma cleaners, ovens, and laser marking systems.
• Verify quality of the part by using both visual quality checks and testing methods
• Perform wafer pick and place on a variety of tools
• Input production tracking updates into tracking software/spreadsheets

• this is a very clean, highly regulated environment. You will have your own assembly station within the manufacturing environment that is temperature controlled.
