Job Overview Northern Staffing Services of Petoskey, MI is seeking hard working and detail-oriented Panel Assemblers to join a well established electric company in Charlevoix, MI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and assembly processes, with a focus on precision and quality. This role involves assembling panels and related components, working with hand tools and power drills, and reading blue prints to produce high-quality products that meet our stringent standards.

Duties :

Assemble electronic panels and related components systems according to specifications and schematics. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to complete assembly tasks. Inspect finished work for accuracy and quality Interpret technical drawings and schematics to accurately assemble components. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in manufacturing or assembly roles. Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work with hand tools and power tools. Proficient in reading schematics and technical documentation. Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds. Ability to use measuring instruments effectively. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Prior experience in electrical assembly or related fields is a plus. Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods.
