Job Description

We are seeking experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) / Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a 13-week Long Term Care assignment in Charlevoix, Michigan. Under the direction and supervision of the department manager/director, charge nurse, or staff nurse/team leader, the LPN/LVN will provide compassionate, patient-centered care while assisting with the treatment and daily care needs of residents. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to delivering an excellent patient and family experience. Responsibilities Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards. Assist with treatment, medication administration, and ongoing patient care as permitted by licensure. Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate nursing staff. Support staff nurses and the interdisciplinary care team. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Promote patient safety, dignity, comfort, and family-centered care. Follow facility policies and infection-control standards. Collaborate effectively with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain a professional and supportive environment for residents and their families. Requirements 2+ years of Long Term Care (LTC) experience
  • Required Active Michigan LPN/LVN license at the time of submission
  • Required BLS through the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Required Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient-care skills.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Pay:
$1,500.00
