Follow all safety procedures and continuously promote a safe manufacturing environment.
Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or electronic assembly experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret light blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
Experience using basic hand tools and assembly equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Mechanical and electrical aptitude preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive assembly tasks.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The Electronic Assembler is responsible for assembling electrical and electronic components used in automotive center console systems for Ford vehicles. This role requires the ability to follow work instructions, interpret light blueprints and diagrams, and ensure all assemblies meet quality and production standards. The assembler will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.Principal Accountabilities:
