Job Overview 1st Shift Permanent Direct Hire This role is responsible for assembling high-precision mechanical and electrical components used in CNC milling and turning machines. The ideal candidate has a strong background in electromechanical assembly, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work with tight tolerances and complex schematics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Key responsibilities Install and route wiring harnesses, control panels, terminal blocks, and electrical enclosures. Connect and terminate wiring for motors, sensors, encoders, and control systems following wiring schematics and diagrams. Perform continuity testing and insulation resistance checks to verify proper electrical connections. Assemble and mount CNC control units (such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi) into machine cabinets and enclosures. Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams. Follow detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality checklists. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet company and industry standards. required Qualifications & skills High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience in precision mechanical or electrical assembly (CNC or industrial equipment preferred). Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics. Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail. Familiarity with multimeters, torque tools, calipers, and micrometers.
