Responsibilities:
As an Electronics Assembly Technician, you will play a vital role in building complex printed circuit boards (PCBs) used in medical devices, industrial equipment, and advanced technology.
Component Placement:
Manually place small electronic components onto circuit boards prior to soldering, ensuring exact alignment.
Machine Operation Support:
Help monitor automated assembly equipment, including surface-mount technology (SMT) machinery, component feeders, and ovens.
Hand Assembly & Soldering:
Perform precise hand-soldering and mechanical assembly of small parts using specialized tools, tweezers, and magnifying equipment.
Quality Inspection:
Visually inspect completed circuit boards for defects, missing parts, or incorrect alignment according to strict high-tech quality standards.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate, digital production logs and follow detailed step-by-step assembly drawings and instructions.
Skills:
Good communication skills Excellent hand-eye coordination Basic computer skills
Qualifications:
