Join a growing team as a Cable Cell Technician , where you'll play a key role in building high-quality cable assemblies used in advanced medical technology products. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple production stations, develop specialized technical skills, and gain experience in cable assembly, soldering, and electromechanical manufacturing within a clean, professional environment. What You'll Do As a Cable Cell Technician, you'll be responsible for producing cable assemblies from start to finish while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Build cable assemblies from scratch using established manufacturing procedures. Cut, strip, crimp, and process wires manually and with specialized equipment. Perform soldering operations after obtaining IPC certification. Rotate between multiple workstations to support production needs and expand your skill set. Complete mechanical and electronic assembly tasks with a high level of accuracy. Utilize hand tools, torque wrenches, and assembly equipment safely and effectively. Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Document production activity and quality information using computer systems. Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications Required:

Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills, including experience with Outlook and Excel. Experience with cable assembly, wire processing, or soldering.

Preferred:

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM Occasional overtime and Saturday shifts based on production needs

ESD smock required. Headphones permitted while working. Phone usage is restricted on the production floor to maintain safety and productivity. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
