1st

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM | $18.00/hr

2nd

Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM | $19.00/hr (Enjoy 3-day weekends!)

Responsibilities:
Component Placement:

Manually place small electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) with precise alignment.

Machine Operation Support:

Assist with automated surface-mount technology (SMT) equipment, component feeders, and reflow ovens.

Hand Assembly & Soldering:

Perform precise hand-soldering and mechanical assembly using fine tools, tweezers, and magnification.

Quality Inspection:

Visually inspect circuit boards for defects using strict electronics quality standards.

Documentation:

Track production in digital logs and follow detailed technical assembly drawings.

Skills:

Previous experience in electronics assembly, soldering, or PCB manufacturing ... Ability to read, create, and interpret technical drawings or schematics

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
