NOTE:

Candidates will train on 1st shift, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. The Assembler is responsible for assembling products according to work orders, bills of materials, routing instructions, and production drawings. This role requires inspecting parts, following assembly procedures, identifying defective materials, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Job Responsibilities:

Review work orders, bills of materials, routing instructions, and special assembly requirements. Follow production drawings and ask the lead person or supervisor for clarification when needed. Inspect parts during assembly for defects, including porosity, damaged threads, poor paint quality, and missing features. Inspect flanges using a .0015 feeler gauge, ensuring the gauge does not go deeper than 1/8 inch. Lubricate designated threaded areas as required. Separate and report defective or questionable materials for further review. Report issues with parts, tools, equipment, fixtures, drawings, or work instructions to the appropriate team member. Maintain accurate labor reporting against the correct work sequence. Keep the work area clean and organized, return tools and equipment to their designated locations, and restock consumable parts as needed.

Requirements:

Electrical wiring experience required. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds continuously. Ability to follow written work instructions and production drawings.
