Full-Time Job Summary Crown Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Assembly Technician with electrical wiring experience to join a manufacturing production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow technical instructions while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities Assemble products according to work orders, bills of materials (BOMs), and assembly drawings. Read and follow routing instructions, specifications, and special work instructions. Inspect parts and materials for defects, damage, and quality issues. Identify and report defective parts, damaged threads, paint issues, and other discrepancies. Lubricate designated threaded areas as required. Communicate assembly issues to leads and supervisors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Return tools, equipment, and materials to their designated locations. Requirements Previous electrical wiring or electrical assembly experience required . High school diploma or GED. Ability to lift and handle up to 35 lbs. continuously. Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and assembly specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
