As a team member of our Electronics/Blend Center Assembly Department , you will be responsible for assembling products or components according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Whether you have previous manufacturing experience or you're ready to learn a new trade - we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed. What You'll Do Every day is a little different, but your responsibilities will include: Use of good communication skills, both written and verbal. Your ability to work independently and in a team environment. Being reliable, good attendance. Capable of matching and fitting parts in sub-assemblies Perform testing operations. Ability to cross-train in various areas. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working spaces. Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards Learn to use hand, air and power tools Will use Quality testing equipment What We're Looking For We hire people who are dependable, motivated, and ready to contribute to a positive team environment. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Reliable attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position that requires standing, walking, lifting materials up to 40 pounds. You'll work in a clean, well-organized manufacturing facility where personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas and temperatures may vary seasonally.
