Job Responsibilities:

Support local production needs and fulfill medium-high quantity power supply value-added services Perform various soldering tasks, including through-hole, surface mount (SMT), and rework soldering( soldering is approximately 50-60% of this position ) Maintain accurate records of production Follow work procedures to assemble, customize and rework power supplies Perform burn-in and qualification tests on power supplies Production and test equipment maintenance Meet production deadlines and completes all work by performing appropriate, safe, and effective operation of all equipment needed to perform job Perform rework and repair and inspection Perform cable and harness assembly Work schedule : Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM . Occasional overtime may be required during high-volume or peak period on business and production needs

Job Requirements:

1+ years of production/manufacturing experience Ability to follow work procedures, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings A highly detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and adherence to strict quality standards Exceptional hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to work with small components and perform meticulous tasks Must have fundamental knowledge of electrical circuits The ability to collaborate effectively with production teams and contribute to process optimization Flexibility to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and adapt to different tasks as needed Exposure to oscilloscope, power analyzers, and DC loads a plus Excellent verbal and written communications skills 2+ years of hands-on experience in electronics and basic knowledge of industry standards, such as

IPC-A-610.

Paid/on the job training is provided for applicants who demonstrate good hand skills , attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Education:

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical, or maintenance engineering technology preferred Knowledge of industry standards, such as IPC-A-610, which dictates acceptable soldering quality
