Durham, NC Pay:

Starting at $20/hour

Experience:

Hands-on soldering experience (required) Experience working with electronic components, PCB boards, or similar assemblies

Education:

High school diploma or

GED Type:

Full-time;

Contract Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 10:30am to 7:00pm Greene Resources is seeking a Soldering Technician to join a growing and dynamic team! Execute precise soldering and rework on circuit boards and components Identify defects, root causes, and document findings accurately Utilize microscopes and diagnostic tools to inspect and analyze components Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization Maintain clean and organized workstations in accordance with ESD and safety standards

Position Requirements:

Ability to read and follow technical instructions and work procedures Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with BGA (Ball Grid Array) or IBC processes (preferred, not yet confirmed as required) Prior experience in failure analysis, repair, or electronics manufacturing Familiarity with microscopes, rework stations, and diagnostic equipment Greene Resources is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.
