Electrical Assembly Technician Location:
Elizabethtown, NC Pay:
$16.00-$20.00/hr, depending on experience

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday Job Overview We are looking for a hands-on Electrical Assembler to join a manufacturing team in Elizabethtown. The ideal candidate will have an educational or professional background in Electrical Technology, Industrial Controls, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field . This position is focused on assembling electrical components and products , making it a great opportunity for someone with electrical training who enjoys hands-on work and wants to gain additional manufacturing experience. Key Responsibilities Assemble electrical components, wiring, and related products according to specifications Wire and assemble components using technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions Use hand tools and basic electrical tools to complete assemblies Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and proper workmanship Follow detailed assembly instructions and production procedures Perform basic electrical testing as required Identify and communicate assembly or quality issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Meet established production and quality standards Work closely with other team members to complete daily production goals Qualifications Education, training, or experience in Electrical Technology, Industrial Controls, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings Basic understanding of electrical circuits and components Comfortable working with hand tools Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive assembly work Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Manufacturing or electrical assembly experience is a plus Recent technical-school or community-college graduates are encouraged to apply Ideal Backgrounds We are especially interested in candidates with backgrounds such as: Electrical Technology Electrical Assembly Industrial Controls Electronics Mechatronics Electrical Technician Controls Technician Wiring/Panel Assembly Manufacturing Assembly Technical School or Community College Electrical Programs If you have an electrical or controls background and enjoy hands-on assembly work, we'd like to hear from you!
Pay Details:
