This is a contract-to-hire position working 6am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday.

Responsibilities:

Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical assemblies and finished products Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance Perform functional testing and document results Identify, diagnose, and resolve non-functioning units and defects Complete required documentation and inspection forms accurately Support team members with troubleshooting and training as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

3-5+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience Ability to read and interpret schematics and assembly instructions Experience with hand tools, wiring, cables, and PCB components Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Comfortable using computers, test equipment, and basic measuring tools Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and handle detailed work #accentuate1
