Job Description

Hot Switch Heating Systems is looking for an Electrical Assembly Technician to assemble, wire, test, and troubleshoot our switch heating control cabinets and related equipment. This position is primarily a manufacturing and assembly role. The successful candidate will install electrical and electronic components, wire control cabinets, perform testing, and help ensure products are built and operating correctly before shipment. Occasional travel for installation or service work may be required. Training will be provided on Hot Switch products and systems. Responsibilities Assemble and wire Hot Switch control cabinets and related equipment. Install electrical and electronic components according to drawings and work instructions. Perform testing and troubleshooting of completed systems. Read and follow electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Verify proper operation of equipment before shipment. Assist with product improvements and new equipment builds. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Complete production and testing documentation as required. Follow company safety policies and procedures. Provide occasional support with customer installations and service work. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Mechanical and electrical aptitude. Ability to read basic electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, or willingness to learn. Experience using hand tools and basic electrical testing equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Experience Electrical assembly, wiring, or manufacturing experience. Experience working with electrical panels, controls, or industrial equipment. Technical, vocational, or trade school training. Experience in manufacturing, construction, maintenance, automotive, agricultural, or related fields. Pay is depending on experience.
