$23-24/Hr Responsibilities of thePrecision Solderer:
Read and interpret work instructions, manuals, drawings, and schematics. Gather all required materials and equipment to begin assembly operations. Take precise measurements to ensure proper fit and function of components. Select, prepare, or modify components based on specifications. Align materials and assemble parts into more complex units. Perform soldering tasks with a high degree of accuracy and consistency. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality requirements. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Record production quantities, time, and any relevant documentation. Identify and report issues, malfunctions, or defective components. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications of thePrecision Solderer:
Proven experience in soldering and electromechanical assembly. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics. Proficient with hand tools and machines such as soldering irons and electrical testers. Strong understanding of quality control principles. Good verbal and written communication skills. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. High school diploma or equivalent required. IPC certification Required. Precision Solderers Apply Today!
