Shifts Pay:
$23-26 depending on shift and experience 1st Shift Monday
  • Friday 6:00 AM
  • 2:30 PM 2nd Shift Monday
  • Thursday 2:00 PM
  • 12:30 AM (Enjoy 3-day weekends!
) What You'll Do Assemble cable and fiber optic components to detailed specifications Perform precision assembly using hand tools and assembly fixtures Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, process sheets, and work instructions Build, route, terminate, and inspect cable assemblies Perform electrical testing, continuity testing, polarity checks, insulation resistance testing, and dielectric testing Operate assembly equipment, molds, and plastic injection devices Conduct visual inspections and ensure products meet quality standards Maintain accurate production documentation Follow Lean Manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures Work collaboratively to meet production goals We're Looking For Candidates With 1+ years of experience in assembly, electronic assembly, cable assembly, fiber optic assembly, manufacturing, production, or wiring Experience using hand tools, measuring tools, or electrical test equipment Ability to read blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, or work instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP/MRP experience is a plus) Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Pay Details:
