Full Job Description:
The Electro Mechanical Assembler is responsible for utilizing a combination of available documentation relevant to individual jobs to successfully build products to specification. Employees will familiarize themselves with Spinnaker's inventory system to locate materials, select proper tools, and learn to navigate ERP proficiently . The assembler will be responsible for completing jobs from start to finish, setting up and troubleshooting related equipment, and communicating with supervisors and quality management team.Required Job Knowledge & Experience:
Prints Process Sheets BOM / Part List Cut and Strip Sheets Wire Termination Sheets Labeling Instructions Component Verification Hardware Required tools Soldering Capabilities Insertion Techniques Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: Other Duties may be assigned as needed. Reads connection diagrams and assembly drawings Connect components and construct our mechanical products and sub-assemblies May perform sub-assembly tests to meet tolerances and product specifications Use hand tools and small power tools to assemble units; sets up and adjusts accordingly Discusses errors in diagrams or production orders with supervisor or engineers to clarify assembly problems Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisorJob Type:
