Electrical Assembler Shift:

1st Shift Job Overview We are seeking an Electrical Assembler for a direct hire opportunity on 1st shift. This is a great opportunity to join a union environment offering stability while working on hands-on electrical and mechanical assembly projects. We're looking for candidates who can read drawings, work independently, and take pride in producing high-quality work. Responsibilities Assemble products using electrical drawings and schematics Read and interpret electrical and mechanical assembly prints Perform electrical wiring and mechanical assembly tasks Follow production schedules and complete work independently Communicate with Shop Leads regarding production and quality needs Assist with shop cleanup and organization Support coworkers with additional tasks as needed Follow safety, quality, and environmental procedures Qualifications Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical assembly drawings Experience with electrical wiring and assembly Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on assembly skills Ability to work independently and follow production schedules Commitment to quality and workplace safety What We Offer Direct hire opportunity Stable union work environment Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Kearny, NJ.
