Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electrical components and systems with precision and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of electrical wiring, schematics, and assembly processes, ensuring the production of reliable and high-quality electrical products. Duties Assemble electrical components and systems according to detailed schematics and technical drawings Solder surface mount technology (SMT) components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) following IPC 610 standards Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to accurately install electrical wiring and mechanical parts Verify component placement and solder joints using calipers, ohmmeters, and other measurement tools Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions for assembly procedures Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure compliance with industry standards Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot electrical issues and implement improvements Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety protocols and manufacturing best practices Assist in the testing of assembled units, ensuring functionality with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other control systems Requirements Proven experience in electrical assembly within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of PCB fabrication, surface mount technology (SMT), and soldering techniques Familiarity with reading schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and technical specifications Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and related automation equipment Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and other measurement devices Mechanical aptitude with basic machining skills is preferred Knowledge of IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies is highly desirable Ability to work accurately under deadlines while maintaining attention to detail Electrical experience including troubleshooting, wiring, and component installation If you are passionate about precision assembly, possess strong technical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply today.
