Pay Rate / Schedule $20-22/hour | Monday-Friday, 8 hrs/day (40 hrs/week) | Day and swing shift available | Weekly pay every Friday | OT opportunities available | At $22/hr and 50 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,210 gross. Position Overview FieldBridge is hiring for multiple assembler openings in Minden, NV — Mechanical Assemblers and Electronic Assemblers. These roles build and test components and control panels according to engineering specifications in a manufacturing environment. Candidates with a strong mechanical or electrical assembly background are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Assemble components or electrical cabinets/panels per bill-of-material or engineering drawings Perform functional testing on mechanical assemblies, or install and wire electrical components (relays, breakers, terminal blocks) Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, or wiring diagrams Operate, calibrate, and maintain assembly and test equipment Prepare completed assemblies for shipment while maintaining a clean, organized work area Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 1+ year of relevant mechanical or electrical assembly experience preferred Ability to follow instructions and interpret technical drawings accurately Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments Must wear required safety gear on site (safety boots/steel toe boots, safety glasses) #BC1
