Job Summary:
We are seeking an Electronics Assembler 1 to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in electronics manufacturing. No prior professional experience is required for the right candidate. Candidates with experience in electronics assembly, soldering, technical school, or hands-on precision work are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Perform electronic assembly and manufacturing tasks according to established procedures. Assemble and mount electronic components to panels and assemblies. Perform basic soldering and related assembly activities. Handle small components and perform detailed hands-on work. Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards. Learn and perform new manufacturing processes and tasks. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a production environment. Work effectively with team members and contribute to production goals. Complete required training and develop additional technical skills. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or
GED. 0-2
years of assembly, manufacturing, or electronics experience; no experience is acceptable for candidates with the right attitude and aptitude . Ability and willingness to learn new tasks and processes. Ability to work with small components and perform detailed work. Ability to lift/move items weighing approximately 10 pounds. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Professional communication and dependable attendance. Preferred Qualifications Basic soldering experience. Electronics assembly experience. PCB/circuit board assembly experience. Experience mounting electronic components.
