Electronic Assembler

ANTA Electric, Inc., a rapidly growing woman-owned electronics contract manufacturer proudly producing 100% in the United States, is seeking enthusiastic individuals for full-time permanent positions as Assemblers. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training for this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform basic production tasks related to Wiring Harnesses, Electromechanical Panel Builds, and Assemblies Cut wire to specified dimensions according to drawings Execute "tinning" operations on stripped wire as per requirements Conduct basic mechanical assembly using various hand tools and methods Mechanically assemble panels for cabinet assemblies Follow detailed wiring schematics to accomplish large size cabinet assemblies Build advanced electromechanical assemblies for a variety of customers Complete other assigned tasks under the guidance of the Production Manager Why Join Us?

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

No prior work experience necessary; a passion for hands-on work and proficiency in disassembling and reassembling items is preferred. Individuals with proven assembly experience may be considered for an Assembler II position. The hours are Monday-Friday, 2:00PM-10:30PM, and include a $1.00 per hour shift differential.

Other Requirements:

Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English. Demonstrated desire and capability to learn new skills. Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
