Job Description

Our client, a leader in industrial manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm (Off on Fridays, Sat and Sun) What's the Job? Assemble components of light fixtures efficiently following standardized procedures Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery to ensure accurate assembly Support continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles Maintain quality control standards throughout the assembly process Collaborate with team members and document work accurately What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in industrial assembly or electrical assembly Ability to read and follow detailed procedures in English Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally What's in it for me?
