Mastering the bench:
Perform precision hand-soldering (through-hole and surface-mount/SMT), wire harness routing, and micro-component placement.
Owning quality:
Visually inspect your work (and your team's) to meet
IPC-A-610
standards. Zero defects is the goal.
Testing & Troubleshooting:
Use multimeters and continuity testers to verify connectivity and catch bugs before product heads out the door. Keeping it clean & safe: Follow strict ESD protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. What You Bring to the Bench Hands-on experience with precision soldering (both SMT and through-hole) and standard bench tools. Sharp attention to detail, steady hands, and excellent color vision (for color-coded wiring and components). The ability to read blueprints and technical instructions without needing someone to hold your hand. A natural curiosity to learn new skills, machinery, and techniques.
