This role involves mechanical and electrical assembly, consistent overtime, and temp‑to‑hire potential for top performers. Candidates must have a steady work history and be able to work between both locations. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components using hand and power tools Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions Perform quality checks and complete production documentation Package components and maintain a clean 6S‑compliant work area Follow all safety procedures Requirements High school diploma or GED required Must consent to background check and drug test Steady work history Ability to bend, push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs for 8-12 hours/day Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments Ability to read blueprints or wiring diagrams Mechanical or electrical assembly experience strongly preferred Attention to detail Why Apply?
