Use hand and power tools to assemble and wire panels and switchgear sections to meet customer requirements and production specifications. Verify wire numbers, component identification, terminal locations, and connections against applicable drawings before completing assigned work. Inspect completed wiring for accuracy, secure connections, proper labeling, routing, and overall workmanship; identify and report discrepancies or missing components. Follow established quality procedures, production processes, safety requirements, and proper PPE practices. Coordinate with supervisors, quality personnel, engineering, and other production team members to resolve wiring or documentation questions.
