Job Description

Responsibilities:
Supervise and support technicians involved in electronic assembly, soldering, wiring, and related production activities. Perform hands-on assembly and wiring of electronic products, including surface mount and through-hole components. Train, mentor, and develop assembly personnel while promoting quality and safety standards. Interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, bills of materials, and work instructions. Monitor production schedules, workmanship, and quality requirements to ensure on-time delivery. Ensure compliance with IPC, ESD, and manufacturing standards and procedures. Assist with troubleshooting assembly issues and implementing process improvements. Maintain a collaborative, detail-oriented, and quality-focused work environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. 5-10 years of experience in PCB or electronics assembly, preferably in a high-reliability manufacturing environment. Strong experience with surface mount and through-hole soldering techniques. Proficiency working under microscopes and with fine-pitch components. Knowledge of IPC J-STD-001 and
IPC-A-610
standards; certifications are strongly preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, assembly documentation, and wiring instructions. Familiarity with ESD procedures and electronic manufacturing best practices. Previous leadership, supervisory, or training experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Computer proficiency and documentation experience are a plus.
